Getting Started

Register at the sign-up page and choose "I am a student." Enter your name, email, and a password. You will receive an 8-digit confirmation code by email. Enter it to activate your account. Use the same email address that your tutor has on file for you — this is how Matheia connects your account to your tutor's records.

After logging in, you land on the portal home page, which shows today's lessons at a glance. The sidebar gives you access to four sections: Lessons (your full schedule), Notes (materials from your tutor), Invoices (billing), and Settings (your profile and password). On mobile, open the sidebar via the menu icon.

Your portal automatically shows data from any tutor who has you as a student — matched by email address. You do not need to send a request or enter a code. If your tutor adds you with the email you registered with, their events, notes, and invoices appear in your portal. If you work with multiple tutors, you will see data from all of them.
