Offerings & Routing

Offerings are what students can book from your organization's public page. Routing decides which tutor handles each request.

Create a booking product

A booking product is a bookable offering — a subject and format at a set price. Organization products can be delivered by any tutor you assign to them.

  1. 01Go to Dashboard → Organization → Bookings and create a new product.
  2. 02Set the name, description, duration options, and format (online or in person).
  3. 03Add a price for each currency you want to accept, and choose the default currency.
  4. 04Assign the teaching tutors who can deliver this product.
  5. 05Choose the routing mode, then make the product public when you're ready.

Routing: manual vs automatic

Manual routing sends every request to your administrators, who assign it to a specific tutor. Automatic routing offers the request to eligible assigned tutors, who can accept or pass; the first to accept is assigned. If no one responds in time, the attempt expires and the request returns to be re-routed, so nothing gets stuck.

Handling requests

Incoming booking requests appear under Bookings. An administrator can assign a request to a tutor, reopen one that needs re-routing, and track its status through to payment. Once a request is accepted and paid, it becomes a scheduled lesson for the assigned tutor.

Your public page

Your organization has a public page at its own address, listing the organization and its tutors. Students can book the organization directly (and be routed) or book a specific tutor from their sub-page. Only public, active products appear.
