Getting Started

Register at the sign-up page and choose "I am a tutor." Enter your name, email, and a password (minimum 8 characters). You will receive an 8-digit confirmation code by email. Enter it on the verification page to activate your account. Once confirmed, log in to access your dashboard.

The dashboard is your home screen. It shows today's scheduled events and a summary of your students and groups. The sidebar on the left gives you access to all sections: Students, Groups, Events, Invoices, Premium, and Settings. On mobile, open the sidebar via the menu icon in the header.

Start by adding a student — go to Students and fill in their name, contact details, and hourly rate. Then head to Events to schedule your first session. Pick the student as the participant, set the date, time, and duration. That's the basic workflow: students first, then events. Everything else — invoices, notes, integrations — builds on top of this.

New accounts start on the Free plan, which supports up to 3 students. All features are available — the only limit is the number of students. When you need more, upgrade to Premium from the Premium page in the sidebar.
