Integrations

Connect your Google Calendar to automatically sync events. Go to Settings, find the Google Calendar section, and click "Connect." You will be redirected to Google to authorize access. Once connected, all events you create, update, or cancel in Matheia are reflected in your calendar. By default, events sync to your primary calendar. You can specify a different calendar ID if you use a dedicated calendar for tutoring.

Matheia supports two whiteboard providers: Miro and Typink. To connect one, go to Settings and enter the API token from your whiteboard account. You can optionally set a template board ID — new boards will be created as copies of this template. Once connected, you can create a whiteboard board for any event from its detail page. Only one provider can be active at a time.

Faktura XL is a Polish accounting service for invoice management. Enter your API token in Settings to enable the integration. Once connected, you can export invoices from Matheia directly to Faktura XL with one click. The invoice number from Faktura XL is saved back to the Matheia record for reference.

Google Drive integration is set up by the platform administrator. When configured, Matheia automatically creates a folder for each student in a shared Drive. These folders store class notes (PDFs from whiteboard sessions), invoice PDFs, and any files you manually upload. Students can access their files through the portal. If the Drive connection expires, you will see a warning in the admin panel — reconnect to restore file operations.
